Project Description

FieldInspect Central v2 is the upgraded version of the previous MVC-based management system, rebuilt using Angular and DevExtreme for a modern, responsive, and more maintainable front-end architecture. It continues to serve as the command center for field inspections and operational management.

Project Details

This version of the platform was rewritten with Angular as the frontend framework, leveraging DevExtreme’s Angular components for dynamic UI elements like data grids, forms, filters, and interactive charts. The backend was developed with ASP.NET Core Web API, supporting both Oracle and MSSQL databases to handle diverse enterprise data needs. This transition from the older ASP.NET MVC model allowed the system to adopt a more modular, scalable, and performant SPA (Single Page Application) structure. Dynamic form handling was improved with reactive forms in Angular, and complex data operations were streamlined through API enhancements. The system also includes real-time validations, smoother Excel/PDF/Word export functionality, and enhanced role-based access management. This upgrade significantly enhanced the user experience, reduced loading times, and made the system easier to maintain and expand for future needs.
