Project Description

FieldInspect Central is the web-based management system that powers the entire inspection lifecycle. It allows administrators and internal users to manage dynamic inspection forms, assign daily tasks, perform risk calculations, and generate various report formats, all within a secure role-based system.

Project Details

Built using ASP.NET Core MVC combined with DevExtreme JavaScript components, this platform offers a modern, responsive interface for managing inspection workflows. It integrates seamlessly with a Web API backend and a MSSQL database, using LINQ and Lambda expressions for efficient querying and data manipulation. The system features robust dynamic form creation through custom JavaScript logic, supporting flexible form field types and validation rules. Admins can assign tasks to field inspectors, import/export bulk data through Excel, generate PDFs for official reporting, and export formatted Word documents. Risk calculation logic was also implemented to automatically analyze form data based on user input. DevExtreme controls were used extensively for data grids, charts, forms, and input handling to enhance usability. The application supports multi-role access (Admin, Inspector, Supervisor, etc.) and ensures data integrity and traceability across all operations.
